The First Note
We believe that students should love music lessons from the very first note that they play. Our approach exclusively uses positive reinforcement to encourage students on a path that is full of possibilities not limitations.
The Language of Music
We believe every student should learn how to read music notation and gain musical understanding through a measured and interactive approach to music theory. There are no lectures of complicated concepts, just fun engaging activities to reinforce concepts and ensure comprehension.
The Show Must Go On
We believe that students don't take music lessons to learn music. A student takes music lessons to play music and perform, even if only for an audience of one. From this belief, we emphasize performance as vital to the growth of a musician. Every student is encouraged to play in at least one recital per year, but there are for more opportunities throughout the year for the student to showcase their new found abilities.
